You will be responsible for :
Bringing a thorough understanding of product analytics tools and data pipeline.
Helping the product and tech team with right data instrumentation frameworks, and data platforms.
Generating pricing insights by performing pricing analysis, building pricing models, and devising merchandising strategies for food and grocery products sold on the platform.
Leading investigations into multiple streams of product data, analyzing behavioral and click through data, building user behavior models, and data visualization on user funnels.
Analyzing, evaluating, and generating insights on the how users interact with our products and factor that into our pricing / merchandising models.
Providing insights to the product team on methods for optimizing performance, selection strategies, and inventory guidance to drive GMV / CX goals.
Designing experiments to answer targeted questions and conducting exploratory data analysis in high dimensions.
Researching and developing new frameworks, models and processes for computing product affinity scores, and demand supply curves, based on behavioral and transactional data.
Building business cases and models to quantify new opportunities, using data and solid business judgment
You possess Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or other quantitative disciplines such as Engineering, Applied Mathematics etc.
from IIT / BITS / IISc.
You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Business Analyst - Data Sciences, Data Analyst or Data Scientist role.
Experience working with large data sets , thorough knowledge of SQL , and top data mining softwares, data viz tools like Tableau software is required.
You have experience in building time series modeling & user behavior modeling.
You also have the ability to draw conclusions from data and recommend actions.
You are willing to learn new techniques.
You possess excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills along with a penchant for analytical thinking and approach.
You are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
You can articulate your findings clearly and accessibly in the form of reports and presentations to senior colleagues.
