Responsibilities :

  • Confident to interact to customers and help them with any installation or troubleshooting efforts.
  • Provide First contact technical support for end users via phone, email, screen-share or other methods and escalates tickets to appropriate support group
  • Should know the Support ticket process life cycle
  • Prioritize the support ticket and assign to appropriate team
  • Escalate issues if necessary and work closely with our engineering team to resolve those issues
  • Cultivate and sustain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Should have Knowledge on Desktop and Web applications
  • Should be aware of the current on-going development tasks
  • Should have the basic testing knowledge
  • Should know the Development life cycle and Testing life cycle
  • Should aware of the User Acceptance Testing
  • Required Skills (Must have)

  • Good in Communication skills
  • Should be comfortable with US English
