Roles & Responsibilities : Manage the IPB Fees Team who is responsible for :

  • Set up of new Fee Schedules
  • Billing of fees
  • Re-pricing of existing Fee schedules
  • Account closures and Waivers
  • Running Control Reports
  • Maintaining fee documents
  • Producing MIS and trend analysis
  • Answering Front-Office queries across EMEA and Asia in a timely and accurate manner

    Manage the IPB Fees Team who is responsible for :

  • Maintaining fee documents
  • Producing MIS and trend analysis
  • Answering Front-Office queries across EMEA and Asia in a timely and accurate manner
  • Testing effort during projects
  • Partner with Stakeholders globally to provide an excellent client experience
  • Drives results through leadership, people, communication and influence
  • Function effectively in a high volume, rapid pace, deadline-oriented environment
  • Manage KPIs (key performance indicators) for the segment / group to ensure consistency in quality and timeliness of completion, data driven decisions for enhanced client experience
  • Serve as an escalation point for the Fees team on related issues
  • Promote process improvement ideas and share best practices across the segment / group
  • Support consistent hiring and performance management practices
  • Risk management, issue identification and escalation
  • Assess areas for process and system improvements and provide potential solutions
  • Create an effective control environment within the team and assist in development, implementation and periodic performance of key controls
  • Create an effective partnership with onshore leads / stakeholders through proactive & effective communication channels, business reviews, governance models etc.
  • Experience, skills & qualifications

  • Graduate Degree; MBA or other post graduate degree is a plus
  • 10-15 years of experience in Financial Services, Investment Banking / Wealth Management / Securities Operations with specific experience in Asset Servicing required.

  • An acute awareness of the high risk, time critical and complex nature of the Private Banking environment, an ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines is essential
