What you’ll achieve As an Account Receivable Specialist, you will provide support in the collections process, prepare outstanding accounts reports, support resolution of queries and proactively initiate collection activities while adhering to credit and collections policies, compliance to Customer Privacy Policy, GAAP and internal controls.

You will also respond to customer queries and resolve customer invoicing disputes. You will : Make collection calls and / or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections department and be accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts, customer calls, account adjustments, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department Should be able to work collaboratively with diverse teams Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.

  • Here’s what we are looking for with this role : Essential Requirements 2+ years AR / OTC experience with sound knowledge of B2B Collection and Bachelor’s degree is mandatory Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24x7 environment Should have excellent communication skills in English Detail oriented with the ability to maintain a high level of quality Desirable Requirements Telephone etiquette skills and ability to articulate and simplify customer issues and solution Here’s our story;
