  • Participate in user stores creation
  • Liaise with BA / TA for requirements related questions
  • Develop solution as per requirements
  • Perform Unit testing, fix defects identified in Unit testing
  • UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc.
  • Write various Server-side scripts using Script Includes.
  • Use ACLs for controlling the security mechanism in Service Now
  • Understand and debug system logs
  • Ensure smooth API ServiceNow Integration with external tools
  • Mentor and lead a team of Junior Developers

    Minimum Qualifications

  • IT Graduate
  • Prior working experience with ServiceNow
  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certified
  • ServiceNow Admin / Dev Certified
  • Experience in Production support tasks
  • Experience in ServiceNow Application maintenance including version upgrades.
  • Relevant experience as a developer and experience in Develop, Design ServiceNow solutions in a variety of modules (ITSM, GRC, VRM, HRSD, CMDB, ITOM, etc.)
  • B.E / MCA / Relevant degree and ITIL framework exposure
  • Coding experience in ServiceNow scripting / JavaScript / REST / Webservices / Angular JS etc.
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Implementation Specialist certifications are preferred
  • Good management, analytic, problem solving & interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, Positive outlook & result oriented
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good knowledge of available IT systems / tools and always keep up to date with new developments within the IT industry
  • Post-Graduation in Technology
