JOB DESCRIPTION PRIMARY OBJECTIVE To ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territories by identifying business opportunities and expand customer base while maintaining existing business.

Develop solutions to problems within budgetary constraints. Understand customers needs and requirements and effectively communicate product benefits and address customer concerns.
Build and maintain close business relationships with customers. Negotiate agreements to generate win-win scenarios that ensure a long-term customer relationship.
Ensure compliance with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards and Corporate Business and Safety procedures. Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image.
