  • Conduct Marketing automation full implementation and audits
  • Create and Run Lead Nurture programs including Lead Scoring
  • Data Management and Segmentation
  • Marketing automation and SFDC integration
  • Demand Generation programs setup (emails, landing pages, blogs etc)
  • Email or Landing page template creation and updates
  • Webinar and event workflows
  • Design and Implementation of multi-channel automation processes
  • Design Campaign attribution model, Reporting and Analytics
  • Database Marketing, Campaign Performance Evaluation, Customer Targeting and Retention, Cross Selling, Assortment etc.
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices is a must.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and Marketo highly desired.
  • Strategic ABM marketing and planning within B2B.
  • Possess a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, both inbound and outbound.
  • Cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze data.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation, marketing automation role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education / experience.
  • Best in class marketing, demand generation, and channel experience with a B2B hi-tech company.
  • Proven track record executing innovative and multi-part event and demand generation programs.
  • Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes.
  • Proven track record with account-based marketing programs and large account selling teams.
