For us, the stars of the show are the third-party developers building on our platform and the Creative Cloud users who use their integrations.

Developers and end-users on our platform range in size and makeup, from startup to enterprise; you'll need to be comfortable communicating with developers from the whole range, and importantly, ensuring all integration reviewers can do the same.

What you ll do :

As Developer Experience Engineer, you ll :

Focus on producing a high-quality experience for our third-party developers during the final mile on the path to shipping integrations.

Through operations, automation, and support, how can we reduce unnecessary friction for our developers and increase our efficiency

Ensure objective, understandable, and reproducible integration review outcomes for developers.

Make sure our review processes improve over time, are well-documented, and are aligned with various internal stakeholders, including platform, brand, and legal teams.

Capture, analyze, and report on data related to integrations review health.

Work with stakeholders to identify issues, opportunities, and necessary course corrections in our review processes based on data.

Ensure that third-party developer feedback is captured and reported via the appropriate channels, and ensure the feedback loop is closed with developers, even when there are dependencies on other internal teams.

Identify areas of inefficiency and contribute to solutions, including process updates and automation.

Ensure a great working environment for our integration reviewers.

Contribute back to the technical resources we provide the third-party developer community, including documentation and code samples.

Contribute to communications that go out via our channels like our developer blog and forums.

Provide technical developer support and answer questions on a 1 : 1 and 1 : many basis with developers via forums, email, and more.

Contribute to team-wide automation efforts.

Requirements :

Experience creating, executing, optimizing, and automating processes.

Exceptional technical writing ability with a focus on clear and concise communication.

Experience in a customer-facing (preferably developer-facing) role with a proven track record indicating an empathetic approach and a deep desire to ask questions and understand needs.

Experience providing and scaling technical support, with a hands-on approach.

A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git.

Ability to work with stakeholders across time zones : this role reports to a manager in New York, with internal and external stakeholders around the globe.

Preferred : Experience leading team projects to success based on predefined goals.
