Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Act as main point for IT matters for designated business customers (or if delivering services to I, act as the main point of accountability for function service portfolio to the meaningful IT customer group) usually across locations, business domains, and / or geographical boundaries
Lead all aspects of the IT service portfolio for the capability area, Develop and improve relationships with key partners, actively handle their expectations and supervise happiness levels, Ensure all end-user requirements for IT services are detailed through Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Ensure SLAs are met for all IT Services
Own the collection of customer feedback and identify optimization areas, Identify and lead risks in relation to IT Services underpinning business processes, Identify and qualify new demand with overall responsibility for steering proposals through the early phases of approval
Lead initiatives to find opportunities, capture high level requirements, perform high level technology impact analysis, and work directly with customer teams to identify develop business cases, and acquire sponsorship
Provide input on demand requirements for the creation and maintenance of overall IT strategy, Ensure IT investments and services for customer group are aligned with business requirements , Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when crafting and deploying new solutions and services
Advise the delivery of projects through active sponsorship, leadership and involvement to ensure they meet time, cost and quality requirements and business needs, Provide leadership and decision making support by establishing project governance and ensure the effective overall use of resources to meet business objectives
Proactively share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage - Ensure investments are proven by establishing a confirmed governance model leveraging solutions (build once;
use often),Drive adoption of global solutions, Take accountability to ensure alignment with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope
Minimum Requirements :
Degree or meaningful equivalent experience Business proficient in English (written and spoken)
Knowledge & skills : 12+ years of business and IT experience in relevant domain,8+ years of experience, preferably as a Project Manager or Business Partner / Account Manager, including business process knowledge, workshop facilitation techniques and organizational change -
Advises peers and senior parties on sophisticated issues, provides complex, contextual advice in order to influence the management of IT Services, applications and systems across business domains
Experience working / engaging in global / matrix setting Nice to have,3+ years of Experience in Global Drug Development processes, Business model processes preferred
