This person sets product positioning and messaging for our target customer segments, manages product and feature launches, and gathers customer insights.
They will be responsible for maximizing our product s potential, in order to acquire, delight and engage our users and help SignEasy grow.
You will partner with various teams across the company, including Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering.
Research user and buyer personas across industries to develop market segmentation
Develop positioning and messaging to communicate our product s potential and benefits to target segments
Execute Go - To - - Market strategy and product and feature launches to drive adoption and user acquisition
Study market trends and competitive developments to identify gaps in our product capability and influence product roadmap and priorities
Develop and own the execution of the content for the company website, blog and email lifecycle for users, sales and marketing enablement resources like case studies, feature launch and landing pages, and webinars
Drive high quality traffic to the website through organic means (SEO, Content Marketing, Referral etc) and own the metrics for signups and conversions
Manage external relationships and marketing initiatives with our partners like App Store platforms (Apple App Store and Google Play), Office 365 and G - Suite marketplace
Own the tools and automation of systems and processes used to track performance data of marketing campaigns and user acquisition channelsRequirements
5 - 7 years of Product Marketing Experience in SaaS or B2SMB or B2C space
Strong marketing skills and experience across segmentation, positioning and messaging, content creation, and creative storytelling.
Strong analytical skills, with proven capabilities interpreting data and qualitative research and distilling into actionable takeaways and insights.
Excellent cross - functional collaboration abilities to interact with sales, product, design and engineering teams, ability to lead with influence
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and customer - facing messaging.
Expert in Google Analytics and other analytics tools, Marketing automation using Unbounce, Intercom or similar tools
SEO, ASO and / or Content Marketing experience is a bonus
Ability to thrive in startups with fast paced environment and take ownership for working through ambiguityPerks
