Technology Deployment and Management Service (TDMS) organization is a critical arm of Oracle FLEXCUBE consulting group. TDMS delivers Oracle Technology services for FSGBU product customer, while the applications team focusses on the application customization and setup.
We are looking for a highly capable, self-motivated and independent WebLogic Administrators based in India who will provide leadership and expertise in all phases of Middleware operations including deployment, maintenance, performance optimization and support functions .

Our Middleware team supports environments which are available both on-premise and on Cloud. In this role, you will be expected to possess strong infrastructure and consulting skills and contribute to the infrastructure setup, installation, configuration and support.
To ensure success as a Middleware Administrator, you should possess extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware architecture, as well as having experience in a similar role.

Work with a world class team to provide Oracle Fusion Middleware Administration support for production and non-production systems and provide services to application development teams, including design and production support.
Provide support with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness. Provide accurate and creative solutions to user problems of moderate nature to ensure user productivity.
Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices.
Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
Ability to travel as needed.
