In this role, you have the opportunity to lead innovator in image-guided interventional solutions being part of IGT Systems.
Key focus area is to move from X-ray based systems to disease specific interventional suite, gain leadership interventional applications.
You are responsible for :
Own end-to-end project delivery, including Project plan, schedule, and execution / monitoring working with Program Manager, Cross-
functional PMs / Group Leaders / Engineering managers
Responsible for ensuring highest quality of deliverable and in ensuring doing things the right way as per IGT processes and getting things right the first time
Support project / program management and lead the estimations (budget, cost estimation, schedule)
Lead interaction with stakeholders during weekly meetings and facilitate issue / conflict resolution.
Drive issue deep dives exercises
Work closely with cross functional & life cycle teams spread globally, playing a leadership role in leading the overall project / program to success
Works with engineering managers for resource commitments & holds team accountable for quality & timely deliverable
Identify project risks & flag them upfront, control them and manage regular communication to stakeholders, ensuring thoroughness in dealing with the details
Self- driven and flexible to work beyond the call of the job
Manages communication with supplier / partners and stakeholders
Ensures project road blocks are identified upfront and flagged for any help (on need basis)
Drives effective stakeholder communication
Develops then executes standard communications regarding progress, issues, risks, mitigations, budget and other project metrics
Serves as the spokesperson for his / her project teams in team, management update and design control review meetings. Will represent the teams in meetings with executive management
Leads large project teams through the preparation, presentation and archival of Design Control reviews and other project deliverables
Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met with quality
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :
B.E / M.Tech in Mechanical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
12 years+ experience with a minimum of 4 years of Project management experience
He / She should have flair towards processes (CMMi / ISO) and be responsible for deploying processes
Leadership experience in multisite environment
Strong technical capabilities to lead and coach team members
Should have excellent communication and collaborative skills with an ability to interact with Partners, Suppliers & Stakeholders
Demonstrable project management competencies with expertise in MS Projects for project planning / tracking
Experience in working in the Healthcare domain
Working knowledge on Agile / Scrum methodologies
Experience with Class II or medical devices
Experience medical device software development, preferably using Scrum / Agile methodologies
Experience using Critical Chain Project Management
Communication skills : excellent oral and written skills
Detail oriented; ability to multitask
Self-starter and quick learner and ability to work with minimal supervision
Can play a key role in the team
