We're looking for a dynamic, people oriented, highly analytical person to join our development team in Pattern’s Pune office.
We are hiring 7 Senior QA Engineers who will responsible for leading and directing team of 2-3 QA engineers. You will be responsible for defining QA strategy, approach and execution that will help us and maintain Pattern’s eCommerce SAAS applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Participate as an active and core member of the Scrum team to ensure quality is built into products and services
Create and execute detailed test cases to support new product development and enhancements and ensure successful test cycles by tracking bug trend
Analyze, design, document and execution test scenarios
Participates in scrum, sprint planning, sprint retrospective meetings and collaborates with US based Product Management team
Work closely with developers to create test specifications / conditions and build test cases to rigorously test product functionality and investigate all potential product test failures
Perform data analysis to support evaluation of system defects or to develop test scenarios and verification and validation of issues and fixes
Back-end database testing and writing complex quires
Demonstrate a high level of subject matter expertise in functional area supported to bridge business requirements and IT solutions
Continually focus on individual and team member development
Required Qualifications :
4 - 6 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role including : process definition, release management and monitoring
Excellent in Web Based Testing and defect tracking / reporting
Manual and Automated functional / regression test design and execution
Design and development of test cases based upon system specifications documentation
Exposure to Agile Development Methodology like Scrums and Sprint Planning meetings
Proven analytical / technical aptitude with excellent problem solving skills
Leadership experience in coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer
Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple / detail-oriented tasks
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred Qualifications :
Professional experience working on public cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP
