We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist MSS IT COO

Location (Country / City ) : India - Pune

Principal responsibilities

  • Global Third Party Spend Management - Support the Global MSS IT Third Party Spend Management Process by helping to coordinate all Third Party Spend related matters for MSS IT
  • Monitoring and Control Manage the weekly Third Party Spend review and approval process for MSS IT : Collate weekly data for the weekly T&M and fixed price spend cost boards Arrange and manage the Costboards with ITCM and spend requestors Work with ITCM to ensure all spend approvals are processed or escalated as necessary and managed through escalation processes Work with Requestors to provide updates on the review process and to address and update issues identified
  • Governance and Reporting Ensure MSS IT maintains strong governance over its third party spend processes, issues are escalated appropriately and that reporting is available on a timely basis as required.
  • Support and Guidance - Provide advice, guidance and technical support to stakeholders
  • Ongoing - Build strong relationships and maintain transparent communication channels with all relevant stakeholders. In particular, with ITCM.
  • Partner with Stakeholders to improve their understanding of the process and to continuously improve the front 2 back process.
  • Drive ownership and accountability for Third Party Risk Spend across MSS IT
  • Advocate and support initiatives to improve accuracy across the TPS system
  • Requirements

  • Skilled decision-maker considered and timely especially when under pressure
  • Adhere to and actively support established policies and procedures in MS IT / ITCM.
  • The ability to communicate through reporting, governance processes and forums
  • Ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with business heads, senior managers, third party consultants, technical experts across MSS IT.
  • Strong customer focus with a drive to deliver high standards of service to internal clients
  • Act as initial point of escalation for stakeholders
  • Able to work with many simultaneous tasks in a pressurized, time-sensitive environment
  • Able to drive change without adversely impacting day-to-day delivery
  • Able to direct and influence others without having authority or seniority over them
  • Able to ensure accurate information maintenance at all levels despite rapid and frequent changes
  • Ability to rapidly build and manage a strong network of relationships based on integrity and trust.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate across all levels
  • Able to work with autonomy and be a self-starter
  • Knowledge of Pioneer, TPS and GPDM systems would be beneficial
