    The Assistant Editor is dedicated to the production team and supports the Producer in creation and project set-up of all clip-based and non-clip-based formats, which includes live programming, original sketches, and all franchise formats for our brands.

    The Assistant Editor will also assemble clips according to specifications outlined by the Producer which will align with all analytic and brand standards.

    Assistant Editors are expected to manage all assets on the server and in the cloud, have a thorough understanding of editing workflow in Premiere, assembles quickly with precision, and will be responsible for final delivery of all assets to


    This position will report to the Head of Post and is based in New Delhi, India.

  • Building Premiere Pro projects from start to finish. This will include ingesting footage, transcoding, syncing cameras, and ensuring all necessary media and assets are contained and organized within.
  • Assembling an edit according to all specifications and responding well to notes and asks by the Producer team
  • Exporting deliverables for multiple platforms including Broadcast, Youtube, IGTV, Reels,
  • Snapchat, Facebook and Tik Tok, - which includes 1x1, 9x16 and 16x9 frame sizes. Working with our Clearance Department to blur logos, faces or any other information
  • that our Clearance Analyst deems necessary.
  • Navigating edit workflows on servers as well as cloud applications such as Google Drive,

  • Adobe Creative Cloud, and FrameIO.
  • Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in Post Production as either a Post PA or Assistant Editor
  • Deep understanding of social video trends, deliverables and content creation
  • Passion for technical and organizational workflows as a means to execute creativity
  • Personality profile to fit into a high-growth, entrepreneurial culture that requires teamwork and significant interaction with employees at all levels 100% remotely now and eventually in-person when we return to the office environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile growth environment where you will get your hands into the details.
  • Well-developed Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills. Advanced Excel and analytical skills required.
  • Experience using Jira, Trello, Slack
