Replicon is searching for Salesforce IS Administrator to provide solutions and approaches to new business requests. The required person must have technical aptitude and business analysis skills along with demonstrated project & support experience. Key Accountabilities :
As Salesforce Administrator & Developer will be responsible for implementing, customizing and developing solutions on the Salesforce.
com platform in support of the business needs.
Evaluate new Salesforce releases and developing plans for their implementation.
Participate in full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment.
Apply knowledge of the Force.com platform and identifying the need for custom solutions.
Developing SFDC Visual Force pages, classes & triggers, and integrations with 3rd party systems.
Analyzing and optimizing Salesforce related workflows, platform design and setup.
Staying current with Salesforce development best practices and its adoption
Specific Objectives and Responsibilities :
Create seamless interface for integration between Salesforce, Intacct (financial application), data management and analytical reporting outside of Salesforce along with others.
Provide resolution to issues, and be responsible for escalation procedures.
Prepare time and cost estimates for completing assigned projects.
Analyze custom work flow of the CRM and help with improvements.
Handle SF release management and release packages
Implement changes that come through the change management process. Understand the impact and be able to guide process definitions accordingly.
Advise on new solutions for enterprise business applications integration and functionality activation
Consult with users to analyze and understand user needs, objectives, desired features, and input and output requirements.
Desired Skills and Competencies :
Salesforce admin certification with 3-5 years of experience in a sales or support environment, with an emphasis on implementation, system support, maintenance and enhancement.
Expertise in Data Integration and Data Management methods and tools.
Ability to successfully communicate with technical and business executive’s knowledge of sales, and support processes, in-depth knowledge of CRM strategy and systems.
Ability to interact with business users and translate business needs into technology solutions.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
