Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our ever-growing team of professionals.

In this role, you will interact with prospective customers one-on-one on a daily basis, addressing concerns and fielding questions.


  • Manage large amounts of outbound calls (for US) based clients.
  • Identify prospective customers for the legal accounts.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Provide and manage reports / data.
  • Requirements

  • Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience.
  • Exposure to handling queries with international clients (US / UK).
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
