Partnering with business representatives to understand the business value, problem and needs, document and analyze as-
is and to-be processes, business data and success criteria
Gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements AND system expectations at a detailed level (including accounting for downstream / upstream impacts)
Act as a subject matter expert on data definitions, business process steps and tools
Partnering with technical leads / reps to give feedback and shape the design; Plan, Document and Execute Test Cases; Report out status to the project teams
Work with cross functional team members in identifying, evaluating, and developing solutions that meet user requirements by utilizing the SFDC toolkit and other integration tools (e.
g. Lightning , Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, Mulesoft, etc.)
Seek out ways to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace in all areas
Subject matter expert for development and support of provided solutions
Designing and managing the execution of test plans and ensuring a quality solution is delivered.
Participate in all phases of solution lifecycle delivery including identifying / defining a need, designing solutions, constructing the chosen solution, validating / implementing / supporting the solution by utilization of an Agile delivery model
Provide daily support of solution implementations

Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field.
8 9 years’ experience as a Techno Functional / Systems Analyst in CRM
Minimum of 6 years of exp with Salesforce & 2 years with Lightning exp
Experience with cloud Integration technologies like Mulesoft
Solid understanding on OO program language like Java, JS, C#, HTML, CSS
Experience working with integrations / APIs (e.g. Mulesoft, Informatica, SQL, etc)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Agile development and CI / CD practices. Usage of tools like Rally is must & Copado will be added advantage
Development experience with the SFDC toolkit (e.g. Visual force, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, Chatter, Apex Data Loader, Apex Explorer, etc.) desirable
certification a plus.
Knowledge of SAFE practices is desired
