Position Summary

  • Level 1 Support for customer
  • Triage incidents raised by customers
  • Should have experience in Oracle User administration activities creating users, assigning responsibilities and etc
  • Co-ordinate with client teams on incidents and access requests
  • Knowledge of Oracle Financials / SCM modules
  • Configure Oracle applications based on BR.100 documents
  • Test RICEW objects referring test documents (TE.040)
  • Any other tasks / activities assigned by the management
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring ticket queue and addressing priority tasks responsibly
  • Working in shift - 24 X 7 schedule
  • Understanding of stakeholders & executing based on escalation matrix
  • Qualifications / Skills / Experience

    Minimal Qualifications

  • Knowledge in SCM, Financial modules in Oracle EBS
  • Understanding of sys admin activities

  • Education

  • Any Gradualtion (BSc / Engineering) in Computer science background or equivalent
  • Experience

  • 1-2 years of minimum experience in overall IT
  • Skills

  • Knowledge in SCM, Financial modules in Oracle EBS
  • Oracle - Sys Admin activities - User access, Menu, Request group, Profile set up,
