About the Job

The person will be responsible for the following :

  • Drive customer engagement using the digital and non-digital channels available
  • Responsible for retention of customers (avoiding churn of customers)
  • Leverage cross-sell & up-sell opportunities using the appropriate digital and non-digital channels available
  • Own targets related to retention (% participation, Withdrawal, % Attrition) and business from existing customers (AUM, Ticket size)
  • Work closely with the customer facing teams to drive the desired customer experience : Involves training, monitoring and measurement
  • Identify opportunities & solutions for this customer segment basis data science and customer behaviour understanding
  • The ideal candidate will have

  • Experience, Skills and Attributes 1.3-5 years of relevant experience working in a business role (preferably from BFSI)2.
  • Problem solving mindset with analytical skills3.Very strong written and verbal communication skills4.Project and stakeholder management
