To take care of entire Talent Acquisition life-cycle. To develop manpower pipeline in the Region by retaining, & compensating the best talent Analysing and devising strategies for controlling attrition Coordination with the concerned ZH / SHs / CHs / BHs to maintain manpower requirement Maintaining Manpower MIS / Employee database for the concerned region Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in Banks / NBFCs / Financial Institutions would be preferred Leadership skills with high levels of integrity, professionalism and diplomacy Conflict management Good analytical & communication skills.
