The Recruitment Marketing Assistant will report to the Head of InfoPro HR, the recruitment arm of InfoPro Solutions, and will support a range of business lines, including providing administrative assistance to company executives.
The individual will assist InfoPro in various digital marketing activities across different teams and business lines, including advertising, promotions, and communications.
You will have a proactive, passionate, and friendly personality, be willing to learn new marketing skills, and administratively support the company's vision.

InfoPro will encourage, assist and support an individual's growth. This job is a WFH / flexible job capable of occasionally work / take calls during late evenings to accommodate US time zones.
Individuals should ideally be located in Bangalore North, Central, or East for occasional onsite meetings / f2f sessions.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the Recruitment Manager by ensuring driving the jobseeker pipeline (supply side) for volume recruitment and meeting client demands (demand side)
Monitor and manage content & recruitment advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) job management, display advertising, and profile branding to ensure consistent product performance and delivery across various job boards
Deep understanding of conversion metrics and able to identify weak funnels and work with Recruitment Lead in troubleshooting to either improve the application process or come up with creative messaging or incentives to attract jobseekers
Aim to be a marketing wizard to best optimize campaigns for success. Use data, industry knowledge, and expertise to support clients regarding their staffing needs.
As a practical example, we've consulted with some of the largest clients in the world on where they should be opening their next office(s) by showing them the talent available in those markets
Tailor and run recruitment promotions and campaigns on our communications channels, including email, LinkedIn, Twitter, SMS, push, and in-app
Brief and collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to activate digital paid adverts across core channels (Google and social media)
Review and utilize key recruitment dashboards and metrics to optimize campaign performance in terms of funnel conversion, shift fulfillment and hiring trends
Work closely with marketing analysts to ensure our job ads are competitive with rates, incentives, and compensations
Support Executive level team members in managing their day to activities as needed. These include coordinating meetings, calendars, follow-ups, bookings, bill payments, etc.
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Maintain Notes, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
Ad hoc support across multiple projects across other business lines within InfoPro
Experience as an administrative assistant for executives
Knowledge in PPC / Search, Ad / Media Agency
Experience analyzing data, trends, and client information to identify optimization opportunities
Experience running acquisition and a clear mindset on analyzing funnel performance

Experience in staffing agencies or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (PEO / EoR) is a plus but not necessary
