This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base. The Role Responsibilities :


  • The primary focus of the role is to assist Head, Business Analytics CoE for all administrative work.
  • Managing Calendar for Head, CoE & team
  • Help managing the activities related to claims, travel, ...etc
  • Effectively and timely manage the Internal communications
  • Organising team events, including department internal training programmes, CSR activities
  • Managing stock for stationary and related activities
  • Coordinate with the support function (IT, CRES, ...) for day to day management
  • Other support as required
  • Processes

  • Continuously improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes
  • Ensure effective management of operational risks within the function and compliance with applicable internal policies, and external laws and regulations
  • People and Talent

  • Champion and act as role model of the group’s values
  • Driving an environment of collaboration, both within CPBB Banking and across the wider Group, to ensure issues are raised and blockages are resolved in a timely manner
  • Risk Management

  • Interpret the Group’s financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures
  • Ensure data security and data sharing in secured way through SharePoint in password protected files
  • Governance

  • Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role
  • Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
  • This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

  • Lead the CPBB to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles : Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets;
  • Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

  • Support functions including Finance, HR, Technology

  • Tertiary qualifications (Graduate)
  • At least 3 plus years of relevant domain experience
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including, Powerpoint, Word , Excel, ability to create process documents, templates etc
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal. Ability to interact with senior people in the organization and internal communication, address the events with large audience
  • Skill at managing senior manager groups and balancing diplomacy and tact
  • Knowledge of departmental finance and expanse management.
