Selling Partner Experience Design (SPXD) team at Hyderabad (India) has the charter to design world-class tools and products for both Sellers and Vendors selling across all stores Amazon sells in globally.

SPXD-HYD team is looking for a UX Designer, with a passion for improving the selling partner experience and driving a high-visibility program that will touch the lives and livelihoods of millions globally.

Our innovation team will includes UX Research, Designer and Front End Engineers. We work on long term strategic projects that rethink how our Selling Partners run their business now and how they will do it in future.

This team will shapes the UX standards for applications built by teams on all form-factors including desktop and mobile and shape their roadmaps by providing complete solutions that are validated with customers.

We are looking for a customer obsessed, highly-curious, entrepreneurial, and experienced UX Designer to lead new initiatives and help drive design strategy.

This person will work collaboratively with a team of product managers, engineers, executives, as well as UX leadership, a team of passionate and creative UX designers, researchers and design technologies to improve how Selling Partners conduct their business on Amazon.

You’ll drive UX design from early-stage concepts all the way through final delivery and launch. Candidates must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment with a high-degree of independence and ownership to thrive in collaborative work environments while raising the bar for user experience and accessibility.

Key job responsibilities

  • Create world-class, user-centered designs through consideration of market research, business requirements, customer feedback, domain / industry workflow patterns, and usability study findings.
  • Understand the end to end customer journey, the friction points within, and how your proposed CX solution impacts that path and others.
  • Drive exploration of new experiences to help Selling Partners get the maximum out of selling on Amazon
  • Confidently defend design rationale in reviews with leadership.
  • Collaborate with Design Technologists in the team to create and maintain interactive prototypes to test with customers.
  • Codify designs into written guidelines and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other UX Designers to ensure a consistent and delightful experience across all product / services in the digital content creation space.

You will join a growing team of designers, engineers and researchers who shape and simplify the experiences for Selling Partners through a human-centered design process that balances data, user insights, problem solving, UX and visual design, and accessibility.

    You'll create solutions that scale utilizing multiple tools to communicate your ideas such as journey maps, user flows, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, pattern systems and design specifications.
