Must have 10-12 years of solid experience in Client Servicing, brand communication, marketing, Account Strategy and Growth and leading large teams, with at least 5-6 years of agency experience.

Should have worked with large well known organizations. Role : Understanding of digital medium is certainly an added advantage.

Should have experience of managing teams. Should be an effective communicator, good at relationship management and a leader who is able to motivate and guide a team.

Should take ownership for deliverables for a certain number of key client accounts. Incumbent will be assisted by a team of managers and executives.

Incumbent should have the ability to effectively engage with clients, understand their communication needs and objectives, put a plan in place with the help of brand planners and finally ensure successful execution with the help of account managers.

  • Preferably familiar with the salesforce ecosystem
