Purpose of your role
The role involves ensuring client instructions are dealt accurately and in timely manner. The individual is required to liaise with various teams across location to ensure priority work is completed on time and any potential issues are escalated in a timely manner to the Team Leader.
Along with managing the daily work, the individual would also be required to pick up additional tasks and responsibilities efficiently including projects and SSE’s.
The individual should demonstrate a high level of commitment to customer service improvement and also showcase Fidelity values.
The key responsibility from the role is to ensure work allocated is completed in accurate and timely manner. This individual doing the role is expected to assist the teams across locations to meet agreed client service levels.
On day to day basis the role includes tasks of updating client records, handling mailbox, identify and raise process and client experience improvement ideas and maintain stats as per written procedures.
Individual doing the role should be competent to handle additional admin and process related responsibilities efficiently and proactively.
