Infoblox is seeking a Customer Service Representative (OFF Role) to join our team in Trivandrum. This role will report to the Manager Customer Support.
Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing assistance to Infoblox customers. This involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, emailandweb, diagnosing / analyzing problems, and providing workarounds to customers.
Provide assistance to Infoblox customers on administrative and non-technical issues
Recommend new and existing solutions, which involves enhancing application / systems functionality, features and defect repair.
Be intuitive and inventive by providing solutions and workarounds for customers.
As a 24x7x365 organization, shifts, work on holidays and on-call responsibilities may be required.
Skills & Requirements :
1+ years’ experience in handling International customers (US, UK or Australia) via phone.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Strong customer service skills.
Outstanding analytical and organizational ability.
Self-starter withthe abilityto multi-task in a high-pressure, fast-paced, fast growth environment.
Willingness to relocate to Trivandrum
Willingness to work in night shift.
