Responsibilities -Create business solutions by applying your knowledge to solve problems in complicated industries like manufacturing, oil and gas, energy, and transportation.
5 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) implementation experience (including guiding the design, configuration and testing of core Dynamics 365 CRM modules, and hands on configuration of the Dynamics 365 CRM application) and 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations experience are key to this role.
Ability to quickly develop and maintain a high level of knowledge on CRM products and remain expert on current product capabilities.
Strong initiative, customer-service orientation and commitment to insuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues.
Ability to recognize billable opportunities and secure other remote or custom development work Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications 7 years of experience directly managing software implementation projects; PMP certification is a plus. 7 years of experience with marketing, sales, and customer service operations and strategies 7 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, implementation, or product support in CRM systems Microsoft CRM Integration and / or Scribe Integration Tools experience a plus Must have excellent time management and organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, work well in teams, and instill customer confidence Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA is a plus
