We are looking for a Web Analyst role (Clickstream Analytics) for flagship digital commerce venture of an Indian multinational conglomerate, having a unique omnichannel marketplace model.
It is a multi-category e-commerce platform, operating across categories such as Fashion, Footwear and Accessories, Electronics and Luxury.
Reporting setup and upkeep for all Omniture dashboards
Segmentation, dimensions, variables setup on web analytics stack
Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-sell basis customer behaviour and business strategy
Design and implement revenue attribution models for internal and external partners
Monitor A / B testing, multivariate testing, personalisation experiments result for UI / UX improvements
Tools : Tag manager- Omniture, Google Analytics, Tealium, Adobe Target
Problem-solving skills, business understanding of e-commerce and digital businesses
Strong process orientation, Effective Interpersonal skills
A data-driven approach, rooted in deep understanding of the tools and analytics techniques
Reliability to deliver the job while handling aggressive timelines and parallel work-streams.
Willingness to contribute beyond the stated deliverables
A graduate (preferably in Engineering) from a premier institute.
Should have 3 to 4 years of experience and Strong knowledge of fundamental statistical constructs of data analysis, like Hypothesis Testing, Multivariate Analysis, Cohort Analysis and Regressions.
As an individual contributor, the person should have an appetite for a start-up environment and have the ability to work with various functions.
