The Party Reference Data Utility (PRDU) is a firmwide function supporting all lines of business. Party Reference Data refers to information about third parties (legal entities) with whom JPMC does business.

Third parties include clients, issuers, guarantors, and other types of counterparties involved in transactions. The Utility is responsible for managing party reference data throughout its lifecycle, from onboarding to disposition.

This data is critical to transaction execution, risk management, financial analysis, and regulatory reporting. JPMC is on a multi-

year journey to transform the way we capture, structure, and store party reference data. We are building a scalable, flexible platform to meet evolving business and regulatory demands with the goals of improving the client experience, simplifying operations, and enhancing analytical capabilities.

The ED is responsible for developing a culture of :

Day-to-day responsibilities

Partnership and relationship management :

Provide executive level briefings, and ensure that the roadmap, projects, plans and initiatives are effectively communicated

Operate effectively in the matrix to achieve goals through partnership, collaboration and influencing across lines of business and corporate functions

Increase focus on prioritization and ensure that hard decisions are taken in a consistent and transparent way

Talent :

Foster, develop and recruit a world class, diverse bench of talent while retaining high performers

Objectively review senior team and drive a thoughtful talent strategy

Build a strong succession plan and resilient leadership teams

Create a robust, all encompassing, talent development program to ensure the technology organization is skilled up at all levels across the region to deliver maximum value

Controls and resiliency :

Foresee, identify and proactively resolve or protect against major risks

Bring an acute focus to the technology risk and controls agenda

Work closely with the various different international regulators to satisfy their demands and ensure JPMorgan are compliant

Provide a stable, scalable, resilient technology environment

15-20 years of experience leading global operations teams

Experience working in a matrix environment

Experience in data management, process management, business management

Management of large scale, cross functional projects

Metrics and reporting expertise

Document management

Regulatory mandates such as MIFID, NCMR, EMIR, etc.
