Key responsibilities of this role include :
1.Ensuring smooth running of the preschool operations.
2.Handling communication (email / phone / face-to-face) with parents and other parties for general and transport coordination.
3.Overseeing day-care operation and coordinating with teachers / helpers.
4.Creating social media content, posting updates, and updating the student database.
5.Maintaining accounts / petty cash and coordinating with vendor and facilities managers.
6.Working on active participation in formulating pre-school strategy and help benchmark against global best-practices in order to build a world-class institute
Looking for a woman candidate only, who
1.Is based out of Bangalore (preferably East Bangalore).
2.Has completed and passed graduation in any field.
3.Possesses good English communication skills (written and spoken).
4.Possesses basic knowledge of MS Office.
5.Possesses basic knowledge of social media sites.
6.Is well-groomed with a good working / learning attitude and is a team-player.
7.Is open to taking up leadership and managerial roles.
8.Could be a fresher, but experience in a hospitality / client-facing role is an added advantage.
