Within this team we are looking for an enthusiastic and result driven Snr Contractmanager to manage our current and new high value service contracts.

In this client facing challenging role you will partner with various internal and external stakeholders in developing and managing commercial and legally binding agreements and contracts from approved financial proposals.

In your day-to-day workflow you will manage the contract from a commercial control perspective, manage in time quotations of contract renewals and / or additions, drive new commercial models and manage the installed base from our client.

In the end your goal is to make sure this contract is continuously compliant, up to date and profitable.

Our team currently consists of multiple professionals and is hiring an assertive and structured team player with a good understanding of figures.

Wat will your responsibilities be in more detail?

  • Manage the profitability of the various contracts and be a sparring partner for our Finance and Sales and Service Delivery department
  • Manage quotations of value-add services and in-time contract renewals with potential upsell opportunities.
  • Manage contract amendments to maintain an accurate client installed base of assets
  • Participate in business reviews with our clients together with our Sales team.
  • Translate new business opportunities into SLA quotation models.
  • Senior go-to person regarding ad hoc assistance for our Service Delivery department.
  • Working closely with vendors and partners to make sure we offer the best deal for our clients.
  • Required Experience :

  • Demonstrable experience working in the field in a similar role within a global ICT services organization
  • Proven experience working with pricing assumptions and developing pricing models
  • Demonstrated experience in deal structuring, pricing review, and negotiation experience
  • Proven experience working with vendors and / or suppliers
  • Previous experience in an accounting type role
  • Previous coaching experience

  • What do you bring?

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in a commercial client facing role
  • Demonstrable experience with financial models
  • Preferred knowledge of Salesforce and SAP
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Good knowledge of Excel
