Role : Delivery Manager UI UX

Job Description :

  • A Proven track record in building, optimizing and quantification of customer's experiences
  • Process and solutions-oriented and with strong exposure to lean and design thinking
  • Expresses empathy and enjoy speaking with customers
  • A passion for the finance industry
  • Analytical thinker with excellent quantitative and superior problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Understanding of user experience and interactive development & execution process
  • Strong understanding and exposure to designing experiences, customer journeys, interactions, tools to gather customer expectations and testing mechanisms -
  • hypothesis, A / B testing etc

  • Knowledge of multiple insurance distribution channels and life insurance business processes will be preferred
  • Key Responsibilities :

    1. Define and implement standards / procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience and evangelize design thinking

    2. Connect customer experience strategy translated into Business and IT solutions

    3. Performs end-to-end journey mapping processes to understand, engage, inform, and retain our valuable customers through their life cycle

    4. Responsible for capturing the voice of the customer and leading process improvement projects to drive customer experience initiatives

    5. Works collaboratively with the business teams to deliver customer experience programs and campaigns

    6. Before nailing down the final design, review and minimize business-investment risk and ensure that digital initiatives deliver maximum customer value.

    7. Plan most rapid-process-digitization initiatives

    8. Define and utilize different new platforms in reaching out to customers to help resolve issues and provide quick response to inquiries

    9. Supervise the activities to ensure their interaction with customers reflect positively on the company

    10. Liaise with internal teams and creative departments to ensure delivery of high quality products and services

    11. Establish communication mediums through which customers can readily contact a company and vice versa

    12. Monitor the activities of the customer service team to ensure compliance with acceptable standards of customer service

    13. Prepare and manage annual budgets in achieving set objectives and goals

    14. Conduct studies and research to discover new techniques necessary for improving customer experience

    15. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools in coordinating and monitoring customer experience operations

    Educational :

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or Fine Art sand / or related 10+ years of work experience.
  • Person would be requiring combination of design and cognitive thinking
  • Individual performer with strong hands-on designing experience
  • Ability to work with different teams and influence leadership group at different levels
  • Experience working through the product development life cycle (idea - prototype - minimum viable product - enhanced features) based on user feedback
  • Look for UI / UX designers / architects with strong design side experience of 11+ years + digitisation / digital strategy experience + experience in BFSI is added advantage
  • Ideal candidate would have a degree / certification in design
