Aboutthe role :

The candidatewill be responsible for driving sales revenue to exceeddivision priorities, define and develop new business opportunitiesthat clearly reflect the company’s vision and priorities, andfunction in and contribute to overall team success.

Individuals will exhibit strong clinical excellence, stay currenton products, programs and competitive knowledge, and be able toface up to program situations quickly, directly and withouthesitation.

Candidate will have experience and be comfortablein the hospital and office-based settings, and be creative in theirproblem solving.

The candidate will develop key relationshipsthrough frequent and routine customer visits, productdemonstrations, product in-

services, and proceduralobservation. Relationships must be established withPhysicians, Nurses, Technicians, Hospital Infection control, andMaterials Management.

Additionally, candidate will build andmaintain constructive strategic relationships in key accounts andbe able to take actions that are consistent with the statedorganizational goals.

Candidate will manage their territorywith integrity and in accordance with our Code ofConduct.

Whatareyour Responsibilities :

  • Selling : Integrates into the patient care continuum. Cultivates a large baseof customers and / or a more complex customer base.
  • Continuouslyprospects for new customers, acts on leads and persuasivelypositions our products and services versus competitors.

    Drivessales revenue to achieve or exceed divisional priorities.Demonstrates expert knowledge and insight of competitor strengths,weaknesses and strategies.

    Establishes the competitive culture forsales across region and nationally.

  • BusinessAcumen : Translates business strategy into clear objectives bymaintaining pricing strategy discipline, anticipating problems andestablishing procedures for meeting goals.
  • Acts in accordance withcompliance, quality and T&E policies. Demonstratesmastery in understanding financial management principles and itsimpact at a territory, regional and national levels.

    Collaborateswith RBM, HE&R and National Accounts to increase sales teamsuccess.

  • People : Is sought out as a recognizedleader by colleagues, peers, clinicians and BSN Sr. Leadership. Ishighly visible within region and nationally.
  • Manages a wide rangeof internal and external networks. Regularly providescoaching and feedback to staff and develops high performing teams.

    Supports and provides input to Initial Sales Training (IST), andnational and corporate educational and marketing programs.

    Participates as a KOL for internal projects and input. Mentors TM'sand CS's within region andnationally.

  • Technical : Expert working knowledgeof BSN products and applications. Able to offer unique insightsinto advanced techniques.
  • Highly sought after by both field andcorporate regarding input for upcoming products and software,clinical and patient needs.

    Able to develop relationships with keyopinion leaders. Maintains composure in complex clinicalsituations. Knowledgeable on clinical papers and unique BSNproduction applications.

    Facilitates and manages company sponsoredtraining and events such as IST, First Clinical, and Health CareProvidertrainings.
