JOB DESCRIPTION AREA LEAD (NEW PROJECT)
PURPOSE OF ROLE
Manage business operations including market development, volume and value growth in
identified markets clusters
Drive customer acquisition, retention, wallet share and overall buying experience
Monitor supply chain and drive on-ground hub effectiveness and efficiencies.
Develop business and market intelligence to aid in portfolio selection and pricing decisions.
Drive volume and value growth by ensuring delighted buyer experience.
Identify and share key portfolio gaps across markets including portfolio churn where
Monitor and report price competitiveness w.r.t. distributors and wholesalers. Aid
Central team in pricing decision
Provide feedback on the business building opportunities / issues to the central team.
Monitor the last mile delivery to buyers.
Liaison with buyers and aid central team in reduction of order cancellations and
Customer acquisition and retention
Identify right buyers and aid in buyer acquisition.
Monitor and impact key buyer measures like Frequency of ordering, Average bill value,
Sales per buyer etc.
Drive organic buying on the platform through deep buyer understanding.
Improve buyer retention by capturing overall buyer experience of the platform, revival
of dormant buyers etc.
2 5 years’ experience in FMCG sales, preferably Foods business
Sales experience in non-metro location (s) would be a plus
Proficient in Kannada and English languages
