Roles & Responsibilities :
Primarily serve as system administrator for the Salesforce.com Tool.
Periodically revisit established sales processes and ideate with other stakeholders any changes needed in light of new developments
Understanding of the basic B2B sales process and the typical division of responsibilities w.r.t various Salesforce users
Orchestrates and facilitates the weekly forecast review process with the Sales Management team
Provision of required reporting, analytics and business intelligence
Ensure availability and provision of relevant bookings, pipeline and forecast reports and dashboards to sales management
Assists sales management with specific reports and dashboards requests to support strategic and tactical initiatives
Enables the sales force so that existing dashboards and reports are fully understood and utilised
Communicate sales processes, operational updates, and Best Practices within the region, including periodic updates of the top sales metrics, and sales recognition.
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organisation
Skills Required :
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritise simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem- solving skills
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose information into details and distinguish user requests
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
Tech savvy and is able to work on multiple related tools.
Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis, yet translate those results to easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage conflicting priorities and to complete assignments under aggressive time constraints independently
Demonstrated ability to be productive with minimal supervision. Must be results oriented and able to move forward without complete information
Ability to work effectively with diverse audiences, management levels, cultures, and personalities
