SuccessFactors Integrations team ensures customers have no issues with regards to theirs successfactors solution integrated with other modules like S / 4HANA, SAP ERP via any middleware like SAP CPI, SAP PI, Dell Boomi, etc.

With 6 locations across the world, SAP Product Support has a high performing team of Support Engineers, whose mission is to provide Best in class support experience for our customers By providing end-to end support and services for all SAP’ cloud solutions, SAP Cloud Support contributes significantly to the success of Cloud Strategy of SAP


  • 2+ years of directly-related work experience in supporting SuccessFactors Solutions or equivalent products in HRIS, HCM, ERP will be preferred.
  • Required

  • You should have worked in Customer facing roles like Implementation, Consulting, Support or Key-User roles in any business application.
  • Flexibility to work in Shifts
  • Excellent English communication - writing and speaking skills.
  • Any kind of Expertise in Integrating two systems ( Cloud to On-Premise ,etc )
  • Exposure to Middleware tool ( DELL Boomi, SAP CPI) knowledge
  • Good understanding of standard business processes & scenarios.
  • Good to have

  • Experience in SuccessFactors Application
  • Exposure to SuccessFactors Integration
  • Worked with SuccessFactors SFAPI, ODATA API, CompundEmployee API
  • Knowledge on SuccessFactors Integration Center
  • Required Soft Skills

  • Strong customer focus.
  • High attention to detail in identifying root-cause.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to apply conceptual thinking.
  • Strong problem resolution, analysis and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work with high sense of urgency and proven willingness to commit the additional time and effort on high impact issues.
