Education / Work Experience : Requires a secondary diploma, or equivalent, plus two to four years related customer service, sales, or administrative experience.
Note : National Customer Service typically requires a minimum of 6 months experience in National Customer Service successfully completing Grade 5 functions or equivalent IDV01 mainframe experience and a complete working knowledge of the Order Entry, Order Processing and CAS systems.)
Independence Level / Reports to : Under general direction. Has authority, within guidelines, to make changes to pricing, authorize returns, or waive fees in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
Normally reports to Customer Service Supervisor.
