Candidate and Hiring Manager Experience Engagement
Ensuring new joiner list if finalize and being shared on every week exception for Client Care Centre (CCC) hiring.
Ensure welcome emails is sent to the candidate two days in advance.
Ensure welcome call and induction invites is communicated to the candidate 1 week in advance.
Ensure day one readiness on access card, Id card & welcome kit
To provide a seamless and differentiated onboarding experience for all hires.
Engaging with people leaders on new hire package information.
Coordinate with People Capability team, Property team and caterer for Right Start Live (RSL) induction day or now better known as The Global Challenge.
Coordinate with Standard Chartered Employee Banking team for creating Staff Bank account opening for new hires.
Manage the New Joiners Welcome Kit inventory
Be the point of contact’ at the early stage (first 30 days) of the employee’s career lifecycle and help them adjust to new environment.
Process employment paperwork (New Joiner Data, Contract of Employment, Candidate Feedback Form)
On weekly basis (Friday) Onboarding team will share list of joiners to people leaders and Resourcing team.
Various MIS shared to SD, GSSP, Resourcing team, People capability team, etc. on weekly basis.
Engaging the candidate via various communication like SMS, email & calls.
Preparing Dc and eway bills for laptop shipments.
Sharing the joined list to People Leaders, Asset team, Access team.
Measures and Target :
New hires onboarding survey
Manage and ensuring Master Onboarding tracker details is updated
Make sure GSSP of candidates is cleared under good to onboard’ status prior to their joining date.
Ensure good engagement model between Resourcing, Onboarding team, business stakeholders, GSSP team and new joiners is achieved.
Risk & Compliance
Achieve min of 100% P-File completion status and ensure records are accurate
Checker role to validate the PFILE documentation.
Simplify the documentations process by eliminating the duplicate documents.
Identify and escalate to Resourcing Lead & Resourcing Specialist for non-adherence.
Coordinate and provide local support for the relevant external and internal events and projects.
KPI measured by response receive from business stakeholders, number of resume submission and JR closure (Protégé)
Continual improvement in our own process flow to further enhance the candidate / stakeholder experience dealing with onboarding team.
