Agilent Learning Management Team is looking for a Learning Engineer who can be part of the fast-growing team and contribute to its success.

Here are the job role and responsibilities.

Job Posting Description

  • Organizing new trainings and assigning them to the appropriate audience within the Organisation.
  • Improve the end-user experience by reviewing, optimizing, and revising existing trainings, eLearning content, and assignments.
  • Assists the Organisation with its learning management system.
  • Educate managers, supervisors, and end users on how to use the system's self-serve features, such as reporting, development, and electronic technical checklist production.
  • Creates reports and queries for organizational users that are brief, intuitive, and actionable.
  • Creates and manages system-level learning assignments in collaboration with learning professionals, regulatory, and subject matter experts.
  • As appropriate, develops and publishes protocols or policies to ensure that the system is used consistently.
  • Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves issues with course design, LMS settings, and infrastructure.
  • Responsible for analyzing and evaluating user business problems, as well as developing business system or process suggestions to satisfy requirements, which includes problem description, requirement evaluation, and system / process implementation.
  • All modifications to the LMS are tested, e-Learning modules are posted and tested, and appropriate audience assignment and assessment scoring are ensured.
  • Measures the effectiveness of online and classroom training courses by compiling and communicating performance indicators.
  • Make proactive recommendations for future content management, workflow processes, and user adoption enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot issues to avoid downtime. As needed, communicate with the platform host and other third parties.
  • Communicates with the LMS vendor to ensure that the system is accessible and meets technical requirements.
  • Assists in good communication across teams and functions.
  • Updates management on progress, important issues, and changes that may have an impact on the business.
  • Must be adaptable to frequent change and flexible.
  • Qualifications

    Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.

    Typically 2+ years’ relevant experience for entry to this level.

    Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job.
