As a member of the early founding team, you will help lay the foundation for the Culture & Human Capital policies and operations.
Specifically, the role involves hiring and building a world-class team, including :
Identifying the best talent in the market & manage the recruitment process end-to-end
Managing productive relationships with recruitment partners and track performance
Partnering and manage multiple stakeholders, provide regular information and data
Tracking moves and build long-term relationships with top potential talent within the Industry
Ensuring compliance with local and national employment policies and laws
Supporting implementation of new HR Programs, initiatives and activities
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, ideally in a start-up environment (ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing demands)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Fluent in English & Hindi
