Participate in planning, design, and implementation activities.
Ensuring successful delivery of application upgrades for on-premise and cloud-hosted clients.
Providing timely support to all clients post upgrade and ensuring that every case is attended to and resolved as soon as possible by following the escalation process.
Share knowledge and practical experience through Allscripts Customer Services teams on product / technical skills to continually improve the capability and effectiveness of the Services / Support teams
Provide accurate information to the Development team, as needed, to allow them to correct the software without having to refer to the originating customer
Collaborate with other organizations such as Support operations, Engineering, QA, and IT to improve overall customer satisfaction objectives
Identifying, documenting, and discussing the known issues / bugs in the program meeting with various stakeholders and ensuring that the known issues / bugs are fixed with the subsequent release.
Resolving problems & issues within pre-set timelines, thereby developing the knowledge base and ensuring that the issue does not happen again.
Participates on teams and special projects to improve product and service quality and client satisfaction.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize own work
Excellent analytical and problem-solving / troubleshooting skills..
Good understanding of SQL DDL & DML queries.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of IIS, DNS, DHCP, AD
Excellent Documentation and Technical writing skills
Good to have Azure Fundamentals certification
