The Customer Success Analyst is part of the Retail Solutions ' Global Customer Success Team. The primary

responsibilities include managing some of the world ' s largest consumer goods manufacturing companies, providing value-based services to our customers, assisting in our Software-

as-a-Service (SaaS) applications, contributing to internal cross-functional projects, and performing all other customer success analyst related functions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with using the RSI suite of products
  • Development of Customer Success Center collateral for internal stakeholders
  • Research and diagnose all customer inquiries
  • Lead new Customer Success Center employee training
  • Lead customer-facing product trainings
  • Own and support the process for managing the distribution and organization of incoming customer inquiries, including, but not limited to, email, phone and chat
  • Own the audit process and make recommendations to management on how to improve
  • Own project tracking process and communication
  • Improve the efficiency of the CSC department through identifying opportunities and implementing solutions
  • Work with others to maintain and improve global processes and team cohesion
  • Serve as cross-functional stakeholder for new RSi initiatives
  • Serve as a coach for other team members
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships by deploying a direct, proactive communication strategy while upholding RSi ' s core values
  • Develop and deliver pertinent global customer communications
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor' s Degree (preferably in Business)
  • 5+ years of experience with customers or in the CPG industry
  • Strong verbal, technical and written skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Maintain strong organizational skills
  • Innovative mentality to constantly strive for making things better
  • Retailer or FMCG experience preferred
  • Shift flexibility preferred
  • SalesForce experience are preferred
  • Tableau and PowerBI experience preferred
  • Multiple spoken languages are a plus
