Description ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE br>br>IT Infrastructure domain (Compute, Storage, Data center, backup, cloud services etc), we are in need of senior resource to play an active role in the development of an organization's infrastructure strategy architecture, service delivery standards and best practices, to achieve the goal of IT infrastructure management to better effectiveness of IT processes, policies, data, human resources etc.

br>br>We are looking for passionate running NOC Engineers with 47365 monitoring of internal and production systems and upon detection of a problem experience, you will be responsible for enabling and improving information security efficiency through strong security architecture principles.

Successful candidates have wellversed experience in leading infrastructure security projects in large hybrid environmentbr>br>What qualities are we looking for?

br>br> Good knowledge about operating systems like windows, Active Directory , Exchange, SCOMbr>br> Good networking concepts like LAN, WAN, Networking concepts like TCPIP , HTTP FTP etc and utilities SSH, CURL etcbr>br> Good Troubleshooting skills at PC, OS & Network levelbr>br> Good to have scripting skills to automate routine jobs (ShellPerlython)br>br> Very good interpersonal, analytical, problemsolving and written & verbal communication skillsbr>br> Willing to work in shifts including night and weekendsbr>br>What will you get to do here ?

br>br> 247365 monitoring of internal and production systems and Upon detection of a problem, alarm or event, the NOC engineer will diagnose the impact to services & troubleshoot the problem, attempting a 1st line fix where possible and if not then escalatingaging level two engineers.

br>br> Strong ability to diagnose server or network alerts, events or issuesbr>br> managing, supporting and deploying network infrastructuresbr>br> Basic understanding of Network Monitoring Concepts and management toolsbr>br> Review and update the status of problems in the troubleticketing system.

br>br> Assist in maintaining Operations documentation including support guides, knowledge base articles, and procedures.
