7 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Software Development (Travel domain knowledge is not mandatory but would be a plus) Strong communication skills and attention to detail Advanced / specialized functional or technical training in the travel industry preferred Should be good with data analysis, report, and presentation Proficient with tools, systems, data repositories for capture / analysis / storage of data & documentation Skills : Should have a proven track record in Requirements specification, Business Analysis and Travel Domain Knowledge Preference would be given to candidates having knowledge of XMLs Excellent and assertive communication, facilitation, elicitation, negotiation and influencing skills Experience in Travel Internet Booking Engine, Ticketing, Reservations and GDS preferably Amadeus will be given preference Able to use a wide variety of tools including SOAP UI, MS Office, MS Project and Visio.
