Subject Matter Expert for Finance modules. Coaching / guiding the team delivering quality product.
Partner with Business Leads and establish strong relationship, and establish self as Go To Person for all Financial Requirements.
Lead and coach Finance Functional Team for Production Support as Queue Owner to :
Triage and resolve Level 2 / 3 Production tickets, owning Finance Queue and drive them to closure coordinating with Technical Team, Business Users and other IT teams.
Determine the Root cause and provide / deploy permanent solutions preventing recurrence and deploy them working closely with Business and IT Teams.
Review the tickets history periodically and come up with automation and process improvement opportunities.
Lead and coach Finance Functional Team for New Enhancements and Implementation Projects too
Interact with business users, capture requirements, author Functional Designs (MD50), transition requirements / designs to Technical Developers and coordinate Build, Test and Deployment of new enhancements.
Deliver the tasks to Project Timelines.
Lead thorough testing of Fixes and New Solutions ensuring the quality.
Understand the Business, Business Processes and Solutions deployed, and add value appropriately in Production Support, New Enhancements and Implementation Projects.
Constantly upskill the team reviewing the solutions and fixes, ensuring quality assurance.
Schedule and lead the Trainings and Handholding to Business Users proactively.
Lead regression testing for Finance Solutions as part of Monthly Maintenance and Implementation Projects.
Preview all the SRs prior to logging to Oracle, and ensure SRs are logged only for bugs.
Reachable for the team for all guidance they would need.
Bachelor's / Masters degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent related IT experience
Resource should have 10+ years of Oracle EBS Finance Functional experience.
Should have at least 2 full life cycle implementations experience.
Expertise in Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, iSupplier Protal, Contracts, Inventory and Payables.
Knowledge in SQL queries.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Worked in EBS Production support (Incidents, Enhacements and Problem Tickets management) adhering to critical SLAs.
Should have knowledge in Month end closure and SOX activities.
Should have 3rd Party integration knowledge with Oracle.
Should have knowledge of ITIL processes.
Should have knowledge of Life Cycle Implementation, as per a proven methodology.
Finance Subject Matter Expert with good mix of Oracle and Business, front ending with Business Leads and Users.
Lead the Functional team.
Experience leading the workshops with Cross Functional Teams
Candidate should be willing to work from office
Non Local candidates should be willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
