Job Description : As a member of the Animal Health Compliance Team, the Compliance Lead for APAC is responsible for overseeing compliance across the region with all applicable policies and procedures.

Working closely with regional leadership and country management, the Compliance Lead drives the ongoing implementation, oversight and enhancement of the regional Compliance Program by promoting compliance awareness, identifying and remediating compliance risks, sharing best practices and developing effective tools and resources.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Actively supports the APAC Regional Leadership Team and regional management on all compliance-related matters
  • Supports all aspects of the Company’s Compliance program in the region, including supporting country self-assessments and scheduled audits with MCAAS and Global Pharmacovigilance
  • Provides timely consultation and guidance to regional AH management and colleagues on ongoing compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
  • Establishes and leads the APAC Regional Compliance Committee
  • Leads a virtual team of named Compliance Stewards in each market
  • Leads the regional implementation of new or revised compliance requirements and the ongoing monitoring of all required global compliance programs, such as Anti-
  • Bribery / Corruption, Code of Conduct / Compliance training and the MAH-100 process for management of interactions with customers and business partners.

  • Responsible for execution of the annual Compliance Risk Assessment and tracking of risk remediation activities.
  • Proactively identifies ethics and compliance risks and gaps and leads the development of solutions.
  • Actively collaborates with Global Compliance and AH Compliance colleagues on the development and continuous improvement of compliance processes.
