This role will focus on design anddeve lopment of customer reports and dashboard for internal and external as per busi ness requirement.

This person need a good understanding of Data Models and anal ytics and is able to represent data relationship in a management dashboard form at as required by the business.

Design and develop internal and external S LA & KPI dashboards in accordance with contractual and business requirement .

Collate and analyze required data from different sour ces and enable automation wherever possible to reduce manual efforts.

Co-ordinate with cross functional teams to ensure that the data c ollected and presented in the reports is correct and accurate.

Meeting deadlines and delivering the automation projects on time.

Develops positive work relationships withcolleagues / other tea ms and departments

Communicates progress, updates and pr iorities clearly

Influences colleagues / others to make im provements to work processes

Flexible and positive appro ach to changing and conflicting priorities,by focusing on maintaining service to the teams customers

Monitors progress of own actions and other team actions so as to meet business objectives

Analyses range of issues in identifying problems & their impact within sph ere of activity

Providing High Quality Business analytic s support to Management team

Develops solutions, makes d ecisions and implementsactions for routine problems

Ins tills confidence intheir ability within team and work group

At least 4 years’ working experience with Microsoft Excel, Access,SQL , VBA and Reporting Concepts & Methodologies

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and V BA Programming

Good understanding of data presentation and report presentation concepts. I deally someone who has previously been involved in the development of reports / d ashboards and has a strong understanding of the concepts associated with Manage ment Information

Must be a good communicator able to discuss needs with business u sers and to prototype / develop reports to support a wide range of users (i.

e. se nior management reports, detailed user reports)

Basic understanding telecom data represent ation

Exce llent analytical skills

Excellent communication skills, bothverbal and written

Ability to work effectiv ely with cross-functional teams and customers.
