Department Overview

The EBT Platform Management team is responsible for providing technology solutions for the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) organization.

This includes providing Application Availability, Platform Engineering, and IT Service Management services for a diverse portfolio of 750+ applications.

About the Role

We are seeking Apps System Engineer / Analyst who can be part of the Platform Availability Maintenance & Support (PAMS) team responsible for configuration and maintenance and application support for Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).

The primary skill for the role is : Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and secondary requirement is : Unix, Weblogic / Tomcat / Jboss / Websphere

Job Responsibilities

Provides 16x7 Engineering support to various applications in FST domain with specific skills in middleware, OFSAA / LOMBARD etc

Tasks includes but not limited to Maintenance, Administration, pre / post patching activities, Deployments & Comfiguration Management

Essential Qualifications

Overall 6-8 years of experience in Production / Application support teams

Minimum eight years' experience in technical specialty, including three to four years' Oracle Identity Manager configuration and troubleshooting experience.

Expertise in Unix, Weblogic / Tomcat / Jboss / Websphere

Oracle / SQL server experience

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Expert knowledge of the following product support practices and concepts : infrastructure design , wide range of technologies within specialty, full project delivery life cycle, IT service level agreements, performance monitoring, tuning, and debugging.
