Join us as part of the Credit Suisse Private Banking business in APAC. You will have opportunities to interact and coordinate with various levels of management within the Bank.
The focus will be on managing and developing the Investment Suitability framework in line with evolving market practice and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities will include responding to BAU queries, training Front Office staff, defining and delivering a best-in-class suitability framework.
Please note, you will be responsible for parts of the framework across APAC (HK, Singapore, Japan, Australia, India). Key aspects of the role include interacting with stakeholders (platform, IT, compliance, legal, and others), presenting at governance forums, business analysis and design, and change management.

Your skills and experience
You’ll be a good match, if you have :
University degree or equivalent education
A minimum of 8-10 years’ of relevant industry experience
Proven experience in financial services is mandatory
Fluent English is mandatory (reading, writing, and speaking) as you will be required to liaise clients
Good knowledge of investment & trading products offering to Private Banking clients
Outstanding experience and a good understanding of Private Banking regulations and Compliance requirements
Experience collaborating with different stakeholders and teams, including Platform, IT, Compliance, Legal
Experience in managing projects and change the bank initiatives is preferable, including Target Operating Model design
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
